Your  60mins Adventure Trail Ride across the 10 thousand hectare Mt Torlesse Station overlooking the Canterbury Plains and Waimakariri River in the Canyon below is a tease to  your 60mins Canyon Safari JetBoat ride. Wilderness Safari

Your two hour experience exploring deep into the Waimakariri Canyon will transport you to another world. It's a rich history and entertaining lesson in the powerful geology of the region and it's significance to the surrounding country makes for an adventurous jet boating experience including a chance to stop and walk around in the Canyon - far removed from the reality of everyday  life.

Alpine Heli Jet

Fly by chopper from our Christchurch Heliport low level along the Braided Shallows and up into the Waimakariri Gorge to our Springfield Adventure Park base to your waiting JetBoat.

Explore the Canyon on a 20 mins Adventure Safari following the river as it winds into the foothills of the Southern Alps Centre before  winging your way back to Christchurch  Heliport.

Canyon Discovery
Cruise Ship Special

On any day a cruise ship arrives in Lyttelton we offer  a special ship to ship Jet Boat Experience package.

We will pick you up by private mini coach from your ship, transport you to Springfield Adventure Park where you will experience a 75 minute JetBoat discovery excursion deep into the Waimakariri Canyon. On return you'll be given a private tour of Jet Boat World accompanied by a cheese platter, and followed by your Gourmet Burger Lunch.  After lunch you can wander through the Riverside Bushwalk, featuring native New Zealand birds and trees, including one of the regions oldest matai trees. To finish your day out your personal guide will provide a tour through Christchurch's CBD explaining the first hand account of the earthquake and rebuild you'll be seeing.  Finally you'll be dropped back dockside to catch your ship shuttle having experienced the ultimate JetBoat Experience.

You can even get a sneak peak at Jet Boat World, our heritage display of early jet boats being developed on site.
